Multi-Factor Authentication Policy
SELLF AI — operated by SELLF LLC · Last updated: March 28, 2026
Policy Statement
SELLF AI enforces multi-factor authentication (MFA) across internal systems including email, payments, and infrastructure. MFA is a mandatory security control for all SELLF LLC personnel and system administrators.
Supported MFA Methods
Standard MFA methods are used, including:
- ◆Email-based one-time passcodes (OTP)
- ◆Authenticator app TOTP codes (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy)
- ◆Hardware security keys (FIDO2/WebAuthn) where supported
Scope
MFA is required for access to all SELLF AI internal systems, including but not limited to: administrative dashboards, payment processing interfaces, cloud infrastructure consoles, email and collaboration tools, and any system with access to user personal data.
End-User Authentication
SELLF-X end users authenticate via the Manus OAuth platform, which implements industry-standard secure authentication flows. SELLF LLC recommends that all users enable MFA on their connected email accounts and any linked third-party services.
Enforcement
Access to SELLF AI internal systems without MFA is blocked at the infrastructure level. Exceptions require written approval from SELLF LLC leadership and are logged for audit purposes.
