SELLF AI retains data only as long as necessary for operational purposes. Sensitive data is minimized and protected. Data is deleted upon request or when no longer required.

Retention Principles

We apply the principle of data minimization: we collect only what is needed, retain it only as long as necessary, and dispose of it securely when it is no longer required. Retention periods are determined by the purpose for which data was collected, applicable legal obligations, and contractual requirements.

Sensitive Data Handling

Sensitive data categories (including biometric data used for AI twin generation, financial identifiers, and personal contact information) are subject to heightened protection measures including access controls, encryption at rest, and accelerated deletion schedules.

Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. SELLF LLC will fulfill verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.

Disposal

When data reaches the end of its retention period or a deletion request is fulfilled, data is disposed of using industry-standard secure deletion methods. Physical media is destroyed in accordance with NIST SP 800-88 guidelines where applicable.
