Agreement to Terms
By using SELLF AI or any product operated by SELLF LLC, including SELLF-X, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SELLF LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, features, or services provided through the platform.
No Guarantees of Results
No guarantees of financial or business results are made. Individual results will vary based on effort, market conditions, industry, and other factors outside of SELLF LLC's control. Any income figures or projections shown are illustrative only and should not be construed as typical or guaranteed outcomes.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for all decisions made based on platform outputs. SELLF LLC provides tools and automation to support your business. The decisions you make using those tools, and the outcomes of those decisions, remain your sole responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation of liability applies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SELLF LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Governing Law
Governing law: Florida. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
SELLF-X Product
SELLF-X is a product of SELLF LLC and is not a separate legal entity. All terms governing the SELLF AI platform apply equally to SELLF-X. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Changes to These Terms
SELLF LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
